How to Check and Track your Usage Using the GigaLife App

With the GigaLife app, Smart Signature, Smart Postpaid, Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, Prepaid Home WiFi, and TNT subscribers can manage their account and monitor usage conveniently with just a few taps.

Here is how you can check and track your usage using the GigaLife app:

1. Log in to the GigaLife app

Enter your mobile number and password to log in. If you have no account yet, you can download the GigaLife app on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery and sign up using your mobile number.

2. Tap Check UsageOn the Home page of the GigaLife app, tap the Check Usage button.

 

3. Check your usage, active subscription, and transaction history

The Check Usage page will let you keep track of the following:

For Smart Signature, Smart Postpaid, and Smart Bro Postpaid subscribers:	For Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, Prepaid Home WiFi, and TNT subscribers:
-Plan inclusions and remaining allocation -Active Booster or Add-on subscription and usage -Expiration date of booster or add-on subscription -Transaction History	-Load Balance and expiration date -Active promo subscription and usage -Expiration date of promo subscription -Transaction History
