How to Check Your Load Balance through MySmart

Do you need to make an important call or check if you have enough load for mobile data? Monitoring your load balance is simple and can be done in just a few steps through My Smart.

Here’s how:

1. Open your browser and go to my.smart.com.ph.
2. Log in to your My Smart account.
3. Your Prepaid Load balance will be displayed on the Account Summary page.

To check your promo balances:

1. Hover over My Account, then select My Services and Usage.
2. Click View Balances to see the details of your promo balance.

Now, you can easily keep track of your load and promos anytime!
