How to Make and Receive Calls while Roaming Using Smart Prepaid

Voice roaming is available to Smart Prepaid and TNT subscribers in selected countries. When activated, you can make and receive both calls and texts while roaming in these places. For countries that are not covered, you may still send and receive text messages while roaming.

To activate prepaid voice roaming:

• Before leaving the Philippines, text ROAM ON (country name) to 333.
• If you are already abroad and will go to another country supported by prepaid voice roaming, text ROAM ON (country supported) and send to 333 before leaving.

To deactivate:

Send ROAM OFF to 333. Deactivation will take effect after around one (1) hour.
