What to Do If You Have a Poor or Fluctuating Signal

If you are experiencing poor, intermittent, or fluctuating signal, try these troubleshooting tips:

Check your account

  • Ensure that your account is active.

Try changing locations to improve signal 

  • Check if you have a different experience inside or outside the house or establishment. If you are experiencing problems indoors, try checking locations, preferably somewhere more open and with fewer surrounding obstacles, such as concrete walls.

Restart your device

  • Refresh your device by turning it OFF and then back ON.

Try another device

  • Transfer SIM to another working device to check if you are having the same experience.
