How to Ask for Load

Out of balance and need a quick top-up? You can easily ask your friends for load!

Here’s how:

1. Dial *808 + your friend’s 11-digit Smart number, then press call.
   (Example: *80809191234567)
2. A request message for P5 load will be sent to your friend.
3. Your friend needs to reply with YES to confirm.

The request is valid until midnight.

What to Remember:

• The amount is fixed at P5 per request.
• Your friend will be charged P5 + P1 for the load transfer.
• Asking for load is FREE for you.
• You can make up to 3 requests per day (one per friend). Any additional requests will be disallowed or charged P1.
