Personalizing your Smart Load Wallet account is easy! Just follow these steps to get started using the Ka-Partner App.

Step 1: Download the Ka-Partner App

• Find the Ka-Partner App in your device’s app store and download it.

Step 2: Register Your Account

• Open the app and read through the terms & conditions and data privacy notice. If you agree, proceed to registration.
• Fill in your personal details:
  • Complete name
  • Store address
  • Store type
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
• Create a password and set a 6-digit Security PIN for added protection.

Important: Ensure the retailer SIM is in SIM slot 1 of your smartphone during registration. This ensures that your personal information is correctly linked to your retailer account.
