How to Personalize Your Smart Load Wallet

To personalize your Smart Load Wallet account, you may download and register for the Smart Ka-Partner App. 

Ensure that your Smart Retailer SIM is in the SIM slot 1 of your smartphone during the registration so your personal information will be paired with your retailer account. 

To register, you may follow these steps:

• Open the Ka-Partner App and tap Register here
• Read the Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Notice, then click Agree
• Your Smart Retailer SIM number will automatically be detected
• Enter your personal information. You will be required to provide the following:
  • Retailer/Store Type 
  • Complete Name
  • Birthday 
  • Store Address
  • Click Confirm Information
• Enter your valid email address and set a password
• Confirm your password and Tap Next
• A One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your retailer number. Enter the OTP and click Confirm
• You will be asked to set up a 6-digit Security PIN which you will use every time you log in on the app
