How to Reload My Smart Prepaid Account?
You can load up your Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, or TNT account in many convenient ways.
Online Reloading
You may buy Smart Load online via the Smart Online Store. Reload your own account or send credits to your friends and pay using your Bancnet ATM or debit card.
E-Load and Promos
Buy e-Load from over 1.3 million Smart Load retailers nationwide.
Call and Text Cards / Ticketload
Purchase a call and text card (CTC) or TicketLoad at stores and retailers. Lightly scratch off the protective ink on the card to reveal the 14-digit PIN.
- To reload Smart Prepaid, dial 1510 and press send
- To reload Talk ‘N Text, dial 1511 and press send.
A voice prompt will confirm if your reload attempt is successful.
You will be given 5 attempts to successfully reload your account. After 5 invalid attempts, you will be barred from further reload attempts for the day. Reloading may be done the next day, starting at 12:00 am.

You may top up your load via the GigaLife App.
- Tap the “+” next to your available load indicator on the account summary tile on the Home screen.
- Select the desired amount.
- Tap “Proceed to Payment” and input your VISA/Mastercard details.
- Tap “Complete Order”. You may be required to enter an OTP (One-Time Password) for the transaction to proceed.
