Smart App ticket redemption
Smart, in partnership with Ovation Production, is bringing Ed Sheeran’s record-breaking “+ – = ÷ x Tour” to Manila. This highly-anticipated concert will take place on March 9, 2024 at the SMDC Festival Grounds. But do you know what’s even more exciting? Smart subscribers can use their GigaPoints to redeem tickets through their Smart App. The redemption period will be from March 3 to 7, 2024.
To redeem a ticket, simply follow these steps:
- Sign up or log in to your Smart App.
- Go to the homepage and tap on “My Rewards”.
- Select the Ed Sheeran “Mathematics Tour 2024” in Manila ticket to redeem based on the required Giga points.
A pop-up screen confirming your successful ticket redemption will appear. You will also receive a notification or text message with instructions on where to claim your tickets. Now all you Sheerios have to do is brush up on those “+ – = ÷ x” song lyrics while waiting for March 9 to come!
Note that ticket redemption via the Smart App does not require Smart subscribers to top up or have active subscriptions. The app allows you to redeem one (1) ticket per tier, as long as you have the required GigaPoints for each ticket redemption.
A magical night with great performances and special guests
The “+ – = ÷ x Tour” will be the multi-awarded singer-songwriter’s first time back in the country since his sold-out concert in Manila in April 2018. His setlist for the tour this time contains 25 to 29 songs that span his discography, which will be performed in a mix of solo acoustic stages and full-band sequences. Some of his most popular songs expected to be performed are “The A-Team”, “Give Me Love”, “Thinking Out Loud”, “Photograph”, “Perfect”, and “Shape of You”.
Adding more excitement to this already-electrifying event are his special guests. Fellow British singer-songwriter Calum Scott is supporting Ed Sheeran in the Asia and Europe legs of his “+ – = ÷ x Tour”. It has also been revealed that OPM folk-pop band and Smart ambassadors Ben&Ben will be joining as guest performers on March 9.
