Auto Charge or Auto Debit to Pay Your Bills

Auto Charge or Auto Debit is an automated payment option that allows Smart subscribers to conveniently pay for their Smart Postpaid bills automatically. 

To begin, Smart subscribers will have to directly enroll their Smart signature account with their banks.

How to Enroll Smart to BDO Auto Charge

1. Go to the BDO Website
2. Click ONLINE BANKING LOGIN and select BDO ONLINE BANKING
3. Login using your registered User ID and Password
4. Under My Quick Links, select the Credit Cards Bills Payments icon
5. Click Bills Payments at the top
6. Select Auto Charge Arrangement
7. Fill out the form and click submit

How to Enroll in BDO Auto Charge via SMS

Type the following: 

AC<space>First Name<space>Last Name of subscriber<slash>First 6 Digits of Credit Card<slash>Last 4 Digits of Credit Card<slash>Cardholder Date of Birth as MMDDYY<slash>Merchant Name<slash>Subscriber Account Number

How to Enroll Auto Charge for Metrobank Cardholders

1. Go to the Metrobank Website
2. Log in your account details
3. Accomplish the form and click on “Submit”
4. Input the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your registered number
5. Wait for the confirmation email that will be sent to you

How to Enroll Auto Charge for RCBC Cardholders

1. Log in to the RCBC Online Banking App
2. From the Bills Payment screen, select Manage Billers
3. To add a new biller, click the “+” icon on the top right corner of the screen
4. Choose Enroll Auto Charge Biller to automatically charge your monthly bill to your RCBC credit card
5. Select Smart from the list of billers
6. Input the details of the biller
7. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

Once verified, you will receive a message saying that you have successfully enrolled Smart as a biller for Auto Charge.

How to Pay your Bills Through Union Bank Online

1. Visit Unionbank Online
2. Input Personal Information
3. Input Credit Card Information
4. Select SMART as the Biller and enter Postpaid Account details
5. Review the Payment details and submit to complete your transaction

1. Call EastWest’s 24-hour customer service hotline at (+632) 8888-1700
2. Email cards@eastwestbanker.com to enroll your Smart bill in the Quick Bills Facility
