Paying your Smart bill is easy with a variety of payment options. Whether you prefer to pay online, via mobile, or in person, we’ve got you covered! Just make sure to include your account number and the amount to be paid on your payment slip. A Statement of Account is not required.


Digital Payment Options

Internet Banking

If you’re banking with one of the following, you can log in to their website to pay your bill:

Mobile Apps

GigaLife App

  1. Download the GigaLife app.
  2. Tap “Pay Bill” on the Home tab.
  3. Enter the total amount to pay and click “Pay Bill.”
  4. Select your payment method, then tap “Continue.”
  5. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) and click “Submit.”
  6. A successful payment screen will appear—click “Done” to complete the transaction.

PayMaya App

  1. Download the PayMaya app.
  2. Log in and go to the “Pay Bills” tab.
  3. Select the biller and fill in the required details.
  4. Click “Continue” to review your payment.
  5. Tap “Pay” to complete the transaction.
  6. You can check the Activity List for the status. Once processed, it will say “Payment complete.”
