How to Check Your Smart Bill
There are a lot of ways to check your latest Postpaid bill:
Via GigaLife App
- Download the GigaLife App on your mobile phone via the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Register and sign in using your Smart Postpaid mobile number.
- From the Home Screen, click Billing.
- Select Current Bill to see your current balance, unbilled charges, and the date of your last payment.
- Click Billing History to see your billing statements. You may choose to Download or View Bill. Then, enter the complete name of the account owner and birthdate and click Proceed to view your bill.
- You may also select Payment History to see your payment transactions.
Via myPLDT Smart App
- Download the myPLDT Smart App on your mobile phone via the App Store or Google Play Store
- Sign in using your Smart Postpaid mobile number or e-mail address and your password
- Click on View Account to see account-related information such as:
- Total Amount Due
- Payment Due Date
- Unbilled Charges
- Last Payment Date
Via My Smart Web
- Type my.smart.com.ph on your browser.
- Register/Login to your My Smart account using your Smart Postpaid mobile number, e-mail address, and password.
- Under My Balance, you will see your previous bill balance, current bill charges, total amount due, payment due date, and unbilled usage.

Via SMS
To check your Postpaid bill via SMS, just text BILL? and send to 211.
Via Hotline
- Dial *888 using your Smart Postpaid mobile number.
- Press 1 for inquiries related to account, billing, and payment.
- Press 1 to know your latest billed amount.
Via Social Media
- Chat with us through the Smart Communications, Inc. verified Facebook page.
