How to Manage Your Smart Bro Account via the Smart App

The My Smart app is designed in a way that makes the whole customer online experience seamless, trouble-free, and perfectly simple. You can use it to manage your accounts, check your balance, access and pay bills, and many more. Got a Smart Bro device but still new to the My Smart App? Let us give you a quick rundown of the things you can do with your My Smart account. Before anything else, make sure to download the My Smart app from PlayStore or Apple Store and install it to your phone or tablet. 

1. Checking your account balance and mobile usage 

When you click on ‘Overview’, you’ll see the following account information:

Total Amount Due
Plan Type
Availed call, text, or data packages
Loyalty points

Under that, you’ll also be able to view your remaining mobile data credits. To view your account balance, choose ‘Total Amount Due.’ Here, you can see your previous bill balance, current bill charges, the total amount due, payment due date, and unbilled usage. 

2. Accessing your billing statements 

To see your billing statements online, make sure to enroll in Smart’s eStatement service first. Once enrolled, you can click on ‘Total Amount Due’ then ‘View eStatements.’ You’ll see a history of all your billing statements from when you started your plan until your current next billing. 

3. Paying your bills online

When paying your bills online, go to ‘Account Services’ and choose the ‘Pay bills’ tab. After selecting the mobile number, your account number and the amount to be paid will automatically be generated. Press ‘Proceed.’ From there you can already choose between paying your bills using your credit card or debit card. You’ll only have to input your card details then click ‘Submit.’

4. Changing your billing address

If you want to change your billing address, you can just go to ‘Overview’ and click on ‘Total Amount Due.’ You’ll find a tab there that says ‘Change billing address.’ Make the necessary changes and click ‘Submit request.’

5. Buying load

In case your Smart Bro is prepaid, you may also buy load using the My Smart app. Simply go to ‘Overview’ then click ‘e-Load’ on the widget located on the lower right of your screen. Scroll through the options and choose one. You will be redirected to a page that will ask you which mode of payment you prefer.   

6. Availing call, text, and data packages

To browse through the available call, text, and data packages, open the left panel, and click on ‘Packages.’ Here, you can already choose the offer that will suit your needs.
