How to Reload Your Smart Prepaid Account

Did you run out of load during a call or need more load for mobile data? Reloading your account is easy. There are many convenient ways to load up your Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, or TNT account.

Online Reloading

You may buy Smart Load online via My Smart. Reload your own account or send load to your friends. Pay using your credit or debit card. Buy Smart Load now.

How to Load Online with My Smart

• Head on to the MySmart Login page on your browser.
• Log in to your My Smart account.
• Under Prepaid Balance, select Reload.
• Click your desired load denomination from the Smart Load catalog and click Select.
• To continue, click Yes, Proceed.
• Here, you may pay for your load purchase by selecting your mode of payment.

E-Load and Promos

Reloading your account is both easy and convenient. Buy e-Load from over 1.3 million Smart Load retailers nationwide.

Call and Text Cards / Ticketload

Purchase a call and text card (CTC) or TicketLoad at stores and retailers. Lightly scratch off the protective ink on the card to reveal the 14-digit PIN.

• To reload Smart Prepaid, dial 1510 and press send.
• To reload Talk ‘N Text, dial 1511 and press send.

A voice prompt will confirm if your reload attempt is successful

You will be given 5 attempts to successfully reload your account. After 5 invalid attempts, you will be barred from further reload attempts for the day. Reloading may be done the next day starting 12:00 am.

Mobile Banking

Conveniently reload your SMART Prepaid and TNT Account using your bank account. Once you have enrolled your bank to the Mobile Banking service, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to Smart Menu.
2. Select Mobile Banking.
3. Choose Bank.
4. Select Reload Buddy.
5. Select Others and press OK.
6. Enter the cellphone number of the recipient.
7. Confirm reload by pressing OK.
8. Select Bank.
9. Select source account.
10. Select reload amount and press OK.
11. Enter your PIN and press OK.
12. Wait for confirmation.

Transaction fee ranges from P1.00 – P3.50 depending on bank.
